Job Description

  • Preparing and following up hiring & end of service procedures on Oracle System. 
  • Benefits Administration & Operations  ( Premium Card , Money Fellows , Life insurance  & Mobile Lines) .
  • Fully responsible for personnel files and documents according to labor law and company standards for Head Office.
  • Record and update employees' information, such as hires, transfers, promotions, and resignations, in order to maintain and update payroll records and database.
  • Handling Phase in check list (New comer requisitions; emails, bank accounts, business cards, SIM card, desk, ----etc.
  • Preparation of employee Renewals & Probation Period assessment at Head Offices .
  • Collecting Monthly Payroll changes from all Store HR Supervisor  .
  • Handling Monthly payroll filling & Reviewing cash payment receipts .

Job Requirements

Education

  • University Degree

Experience, Skills & Competencies skills.

  • Experience (1 to 2 years)
