Job Description
- Preparing and following up hiring & end of service procedures on Oracle System.
- Benefits Administration & Operations ( Premium Card , Money Fellows , Life insurance & Mobile Lines) .
- Fully responsible for personnel files and documents according to labor law and company standards for Head Office.
- Record and update employees' information, such as hires, transfers, promotions, and resignations, in order to maintain and update payroll records and database.
- Handling Phase in check list (New comer requisitions; emails, bank accounts, business cards, SIM card, desk, ----etc.
- Preparation of employee Renewals & Probation Period assessment at Head Offices .
- Collecting Monthly Payroll changes from all Store HR Supervisor .
- Handling Monthly payroll filling & Reviewing cash payment receipts .
