Job Description
- Ensure that IT Policy has been implemented on end user .
- Ensure Internet Performance is Acting well.
- Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software .
- Healthy check Printer Devices , Attendance machine , CCTV , IP CAM And any related network devices.
- Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN).
- Install & Fix issue related to computer peripherals for users.
- Good Knowledge with Domain Environment ( DNS , DHCP ).
- Responsible for Backup Process for End User according IT Policy .
- Ensure IT Security is implemented on end user For data protection (Antivirus updated , USB is disabled , Computer closed with locker by IT Staff ).
- Monitor company IT assets and custody.
- Follow up & Handling supply of IT Purchasing (NEW PC ,Inks , Cashier Printer ,scanner or maintenance ) .
Job Requirements
- Highly Preferred to be a graduate of Information Technology or any other related courses.
- 2-3 years of IT Helpdesk experience in various IT fields (workgroup , Active directory - Networking – mail systems- surveillance) .
- CompTIA A+ , N+ is a must (without certification ) .
- CCNA is a plus.
- Must have good knowledge on PC /Laptop Troubleshooting (software/hardware) .
- Good command of both written and spoken English
- Must have good communication skills.
- Multitasking and prioritization skills.
- No restriction to travel to our stores one time at month or according business need.
