Job Description
You'll be responsible for the general accounting function including preparing journal entries, maintaining balance sheet schedules, ledgers and account and bank reconciliations, as well as procurement of essential materials. Your performance would be based upon adherence to:
- Assist in financial and tax audits, and general ledger preparation.
- Develop monthly financial statements that include cash flow, profit and loss statements, and balance sheets.
- Prepare analysis of accounts as requested, as well as administer accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Maintain daily expenses, petty cash recording and documentation and assist with monthly/quarterly budget forecast.
- Assist with implementing and maintaining internal financial policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with Technical and Production departments to ensure timely and accurate procurement of requested materials.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting or relevant field.
- 1 – 2 years of experience in same position.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office tools (Excel, Word …etc.)
- Attention to details.
- Knowledge of financial principles and reporting.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
