Job Description

Operations Coordinator duties and responsibilities

  • Facilitating cross-channel feedback from customers and employees to management and executive teams
  • Working in the field of Delivery Services & freight with team leaders, managers and department heads to learn departmental needs and goals.
  • Ensuring that all activities conform to local, industry and company standards
  • Observing, reviewing and analyzing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas where improvements could be made
  • Identifying and resolving any problems in the production process
  • Designing and maintaining clear operational guides to ensure consistency of operations
  • Delivering reports to department heads, management teams and boards of directors to provide insight into the overall efficiency of the organization
  • Collaborating with management and executives to set departmental and organization-wide goals
  • Monitor, control and manage business operations to meet customer expectations and company goals.
  • Evaluate current operational performance and provide strategic plan for improvements.
  • Provide direction and guidance to internal teams to achieve performance targets.
  • Identify problems in operations process and resolve them in quickly and timely manner.
  • Follow standard operating procedures for efficient business operations.
  • Maintain clear and accurate operations documents/procedures for reference purposes.

Job Requirements

  • Good time management, prioritization and multitasking abilities
  • Experience in Delivery Services & freight is a must
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues
  • Effective communication, including speaking, writing and active listening
  • Great strategic planning and problem-solving skills
  • University/College degree is a must.
  • Strong project management skills
  • Collaboration and teamwork skills
  • Leadership skills, like motivation, goal-setting and monitoring progress
  • Comfortable in a high-pressure environment,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Computer Oriented (Word – Excel – outlook)
  • Demonstrated outstanding customer service skills
  • Excellent speaking English.
  • Good looking.
  • Lives in Cairo.
  • Ability to maintain a professional appearance and manner
  • Ability to contend with a wide variety of people on various issues
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy and confidentiality
  • Experience with GPS tracking
  • Maximum age 26 years.
