Job Description
- Plan and forecast the annual Key Accounts plan and business plan for the assigned Customers, new product launches & list of products, sales/ performance/ profitability, forecasting, promotional campaign planning and execution for increasing Brand visibility.
- Maintain and increase shelf and market share of products and business development by applying best in class execution standards, analyzing and cross checking competitors’ activity.
- Identify Opportunities for Export sales from Egypt.
- Drive expansion of export channel and ensure business continuity.
- Optimize and manage the Consumer Promotions, discounts, commercial schemes effectively.
- Develop and execute strategies to maximize utilization of the Key Accounts sector.
- Establish contacts and develop relationships with Key Accounts to ensure leverage of company priorities.
- Ensure achievement of sales targets, local market targets, profitability, and market share and monitoring of inventory.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Export or Pharmaceutical companies.
- French is a plus.
- Experience in African countries.
- Self – motivated & result orientation mindset.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
- Excellent level of communication, presentation, problem solving and negotiation skills.
- Giza area residents are preferable.
