Job Description

 

  • Plan and forecast the annual Key Accounts plan and business plan for the assigned Customers, new product launches & list of products, sales/ performance/ profitability, forecasting, promotional campaign planning and execution for increasing Brand visibility.
  • Maintain and increase shelf and market share of products and business development by applying best in class execution standards, analyzing and cross checking competitors’ activity.
  • Identify Opportunities for Export sales from Egypt.
  • Drive expansion of export channel and ensure business continuity.
  • Optimize and manage the Consumer Promotions, discounts, commercial schemes effectively.
  • Develop and execute strategies to maximize utilization of the Key Accounts sector.
  • Establish contacts and develop relationships with Key Accounts to ensure leverage of company priorities.
  • Ensure achievement of sales targets, local market targets, profitability, and market share and monitoring of inventory. 

Job Requirements

 

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Export or Pharmaceutical companies.
  • French is a plus.
  • Experience in African countries.
  • Self – motivated & result orientation mindset.
  • Relevant bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
  • Excellent level of communication, presentation, problem solving and negotiation skills.
  • Giza area residents are preferable.
