Job Description

• Support top management in their investment decisions (New ventures, establishing new roles and investment capex).
• Implement and sustain Financial Reporting and KPI management tools, including; monthly reporting package, variance analysis, and corrective actions.
• Provide an accurate evaluation and analysis of current business results, opportunities and risks
• Developing and reporting of a score card
• Support Effective Management of Working Capital
• Support and sustain roll-out of standardized periodic BS analysis tools
• Coordinate periodic tracking of cash flows, capex spending vs. commitments
• Support Budget/Forecast development for the group.
• Developing economics to understand business performance
• Leading the financial and operational assessment of strategic investment options
• Review current progress toward achievement of targets and support the development of contingency plans.
• Develop 4-C’s analysis including; Competitive P&L and price/volume trends; Customer/Channel/Brand & Package profitability; sensitivity models …
• Support development and/or delivery of proposal presentation to prospective customers.
• Provide analytical support to the group to help in the diagnosis and resolution of issues
• Timely, well developed Investment analysis, Budget and targets
• Actual performance measure vs. Budget and original investments
• Timely and accurate P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reports
• Develop and communicate quarterly updates/outlooks
• Comprehensive business analysis in a usable format to support decision making
 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Finance - MBA is a plus 
  • Experience 9+ years in Finance.
  • Strong accounting work experience and knowledge of local accounting standards.
  • Very Good communication skills in English & Arabic languages, both oral & written.
  • Excellent knowledge Office Applications.
  • Ability to manage complexity
  • Good knowledge of local statutory laws/regulations, and local market economics Manage Working Capital
  • Excellent inter-personal and co-ordination skills
  • Results Driven (results based on specific efficiency and productivity KPIs within predefined time frames)
  • Demonstrate strong thinking and analytical skills
  • Strong knowledge in P/L, Cash flow management and CAPEX management
