Job Description
- Reports directly to the facility manager.
- Responsible for OHS standards & instructions compliance.
- Directs employees engaged in OHS in all the company buildings.
- Follow up the implementation of various types of maintenance for all the electromechanical systems and equipment.
- Receives & review daily work reports and maintains well organized historical records and daily readings for the facility equipments.
Job Requirements
- B.Sc. electrical from a reputed university
- Not less than 5 years’ experience in OHSA standards, the operation & maintenance field in buildings such as hotels large residential complex or office buildings.
- Age: not more than 32 years’ old
- Intensive exposure to heavy electrical & mechanical machinery in medium and low tension Applications.
- Intensive exposure to light current systems (CCTV, BMS, fire alarm, access control,…..etc).
- Good knowledge about the occupational health & safety standards, laws & instructions
