Job summary
We are looking for a well experienced Sales Manager to help us meet our revenue growth targets and meet our customer acquisition by keeping our company competitive and innovative. He will be responsible for maximizing our profit, so crafting sales plans in order to achieve this.
Job Duties
- Identifying and establishing new business. This includes organizing sales visits to sites.
- Design and implement a strategic business plans and ensure it’s strong.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Following up projects in pipe.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of competition status.
- Providing pre-sales and post-sales support.
- Reviewing sales performance.
- Providing reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings.
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
