Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Java Development Lead to help us expanding our potentials in software engineering. The Java Technical Lead will facilitate requirement analysis, guide the technical implementation for his team, conduct peer reviews and provide feedback, and enhance frameworks.
To be successful as a Java Lead, you should demonstrate a sound knowledge of industry best practices, good organizational and leadership skills, and proficiency in Java technologies. Ultimately, a top-notch Java Lead should have good analytical skills, the ability to anticipate issues and frame remedial actions, and excellent teamwork skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Team management and Talen development.
- Tasks planning and assignation.
- Help with requirement analysis, design, and put high-level estimates.
- Identifying risks and mitigation plans.
- Developing high-quality and detailed designs.
- Conducting unit testing using automated unit test frameworks.
- Pull requests review and feedback.
- Using coding standards and best practices to ensure quality.
- Motivating the team to achieve organizational goals.
- Discover training needs and provide coaching
Job Requirements
- Typically requires 6 years of related experience including at least 1 year as a Development Team Lead.
- Strong understanding of the J2EE architecture.
- Excellent development skills (J2EE, Spring Framework, JPA, Angular)
- Problem-solving skills with Data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
- Experience with microservices: development and deployment.
- Proficiency in any relational database (Oracle or MySQL).
- Capability to provide technical documentation needed.
- Excellent debugging/troubleshooting skills.
- Experience in Apache Solr.
- Experience in RESTful, SOAP Web Services development.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Good time-management skills.
- Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve related issues or conflicts.
- Coaches team members on performance complete employee performance evaluations.
