Job Description
- Communicate with the supplier to get the specific product list sheets, with exact information the website needs it.
- Maintain knowledge of all products and services of the website, recommend new products to the website, recommend enhancements if required, and coordinate with various cross-functional teams to analyze product requirements.
- Analyze all customer requirements and monitor all requests and manage all defects in products for all monthly releases
- Recommend improvements to all products and prepare all business requirements documents and ensure compliance with all product schedules and coordinate with departments to provide an effective interface.
- Document all business plans and design strategies and facilitate approval for all senior management
- Provide objective analysis of potential market opportunities and own the overall business of the product
- Support sales and marketing
Job Requirements
- Excellent command of English
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
