Job Description
- Participate day-to-day HR operation
- Maintain employee’s files with full compliance to the regulations
- Ensure new hire paperwork is completed and processed.
- Responsible for Personnel activities and dealing with government authorities, such as labor office, social insurance authorities, and medical insurance and build a strong relationship with them.
- Performs administrative duties in support of the maintenance of employee records, including personnel status updates, terminations, and new hires.
- Follow-up and prepare all attendance management with all related process including annual vacations, permissions, and penalty etc.
- Ensure new hire paperwork is completed and processed.
- Managing recruitment processes: (posting vacancies, employee referrals, internal candidates, recruiting agencies, screening and interviewing, selection activities and issuing offer letters for new hires, exit interviews to identify reasons for turnovers, etc.).
- Responsible for on boarding process for the new employee including an orientation process with regular follow up.
Job Requirements
- BSc/BA in Business administration or relevant field

- Excellent communication and people skills
- Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
- Proven work experience as a HR Generalist or similar role preferred in the IT industry not less than 3 years of experience .
- Excellent in Microsoft office
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office
