Leading the daily plant execution and improvement in core competencies (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Maintenance).
Actively participate in the development and execution of plant strategies that are aligned with operations initiatives.
Sponsor, drive, lead and support key COGS savings initiatives, contributing to the company's financial algorithm.
Establish, communicate, and ensure the facility meets and/or exceeds financial commitments.
Communicate key business results and/or changes to colleagues via business meetings
Lead and/or support cross-functional teams to deliver strategic plans.
Participate in global teams, complex business projects, and operational initiatives.
Collaborate/network across other functions (i.e.: R&D, Finance. Procurement, SC, Commercial, and Legal).
Business leader for plant and can articulate a connection with overall operations.
Facilitate strategic planning for facility and lead strategic objectives/projects
Create and articulate a vision with the plant team; lead and motivate the team to execute key strategies.
Summarize and share key plant results, forecasts, and strategies.
Connect with other business leaders in the community.
Development of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.

Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering or any relevant.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in this role.
Location: Alexandria, Egypt.
Thorough cost & systems (SAP) understanding.
Proven leadership experience in a cross-functional role.
Experience in plant management and manufacturing operations strong communication, management, and supervisory skills.
Travel ability up to 10%.
