Job Description
- Deal directly with customers either by telephone or face to face.
- Dealing with Technical issues, and providing technical support will be a value added
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Register customers’ complaints.
- Set up new customer accounts & manage customers' accounts.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments “Sales representative & Dispatcher etc.”
