Job Description
- We are looking to hire a Marketing Manager who will lead our company's marketing endeavors.
- Participating in implementing the marketing plan and activities to help achieve company goals.
- Creating new marketing ideas that maintain the market share of the company.
- Participate in brand-building activities and enforce brand marketing guidelines in trademarks, logos, and publications.
- Participating in market researches and analyzing data and preparing related reports.
- Responsible for leads generation.
- He will be responsible for providing guidance to our marketing department by;
- Evaluating and developing marketing strategies, planning, budgeting and coordinating marketing efforts.
- Communicating the marketing plans to those involved.
- Working closely with our sales department to develop a pricing strategy that will help us maximize profits and market share.
- Manage & develop and execute all ATL & BTL campaigns.
- Will be in charge of organizing the company's events.
- Overseeing social media marketing strategy and content marketing.
- Coordinating marketing projects from start to finish.
- Plan integrated marketing programs (incl. events / exhibitions, branding / activation, tie-ups / cross promotions) mapped to the buyer journey.
- Manage the development and execution of social media campaigns through paid and organic channels.
- Manage selecting and overseeing events (sponsored and hosted) to be included as tactics in the overall marketing mix, and ensure there is a cohesive pre-event, at-event and post-event strategy to increase engagement and response rates.
- Plan and manage social media activities .
- Manage vendors that contribute to local demand creation programs (incl. events services, direct mail providers, content syndication providers, telemarketing agencies, and list brokers).
- Measure, analyze and report on impact of activities (on operational, campaign and tactical level).
- Monitoring offline competition and prepare / present regular competition watch reports.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, business administration.
- Strong project management skills.
- Proven experience working in real estate is a MUST
- Ability to execute on a number of tasks simultaneously & to a tight deadline.
- Knowledge of marketing and communication principles, practices, and techniques.
- Good Command in English and MS Office package.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Creative thinking.
