Job Description
- Follow-up of maintenance reports within shifts to raise measurements before and after the maintenance process to determine the extent of its effectiveness and its impact on the performance of equipment and re-drop those readings during the planned monthly cycles to raise the status of equipment
- Making graphs showing equipment readings, oscillations and turning points in its performance, which ensures a visual record of equipment behavior different from its maintenance record, but integrated with it.
- Performing tests for non-rotating equipment such as lifting the grooves, welding tests when needed, and all necessary for Static Conditions
- Making predictive maintenance orders on ERP-DIRAC and following up its response
- Communicate with the departments concerned with the engineering inspection and follow up their response and identify the points of fault analysis to change and improve the state of technical equipment.
- * Direct some corrective works assigned to external companies in the absence of equipment or resources for engineering inspection, such as dynamic balancing and adjusting the alignment of the center of rotation of large-diameter columns such as furnaces and alignment of shaft & pulley alignment.
- Follow up the Calibration and Verification certificates of the devices used to ensure the integrity of the readings and the accuracy and correctness of decision-making.

- Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum required experience: 3:5 years
