- Job Title: Architecture Engineer (Shop drawing – Site supervision – Management)
Job Description
- Architecture Engineer good experience Shop drawing & Site supervision and Management
- Manage, design, develop, create projects in a safe, timely and sustainable manner
- Conduct on site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings and other)
- Carry out technical specifications and feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy technical specifications.
- Assess potential risks, materials and costs
- Provide advice and resolve creatively any emerging problems/deficiencies
- Handle over the resulting structures and services for use
- Monitor progress and compile reports in project status
Job Requirements
- Educational Required: B.Sc. In Architecture .
- Experience: from 05 to 07 Years Preferred specialist in finishes residential villas
- Computer Skills: Preferred Very Good ( AutoCAD & Microsoft office package )
- Preferred Place of residence near New Cairo.
- Good technical background. (Preferred Specific in high End finishes residential villas)
- Must have analytical and negotiation skills.
- Able to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
