**Job Title: ** Senior HR Business Partner
**Key Responsibilities: **
1. **Strategic HR Planning:**
- Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with the overall business strategy.
- Develop and implement HR plans and initiatives that address organizational needs.
- Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
2. **Organizational Development:**
- Lead organizational development efforts, including talent management, succession planning, and leadership development.
- Facilitate change management processes to support organizational growth and transformation.
3. **Employee Relations:**
- Manage complex employee relations issues, providing guidance to resolve conflicts and ensure a positive work environment.
- Oversee investigations into employee complaints and grievances.
4. **Performance Management:**
- Collaborate with business leaders on performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development.
- Provide guidance on performance improvement plans and employee development strategies.
5. **Talent Acquisition and Management:**
- Work with recruiting teams to develop effective talent acquisition strategies.
- Assist in the identification and development of high-potential employees.
6. **HR Compliance and Policies:**
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures to reflect legal and organizational changes.
7. **HR Analytics and Reporting:**
- Utilize HR analytics and reporting tools to assess HR effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements.
- Prepare HR-related reports for senior management.
8. **Employee Engagement and Culture:**
- Promote a positive organizational culture and employee engagement initiatives.
- Implement strategies to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
9. **HR Project Management:**
- Lead and manage HR projects, such as mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, and HR technology implementations.
10. **Budget Management:**
- Manage HR budget and resources effectively, optimizing expenditures to achieve strategic goals.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (master's degree preferred).
- 3+ years of progressively responsible HR experience in a senior HRBP role.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute HR strategies that drive business results.
