Hands of Hope is a Physical Therapy & Wellness hub, currently running 9 active locations in New York and around the state, strive to reinvigorate Physical Therapy adapting the latest technology in treatment and healthcare industry giving the best quality of care assisting our patients in their recovery journey and help them get back to their normal life faster.
We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist who will ensure the organization hires the right people at the right time and plays an important role in improving talent management and staff retention.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees
- Create and publish job ads in various portals
- Managing recruitment campaigns, including designing advertisements and posting job listings on company websites
- Reviewing applications and screening to create shortlists of qualified candidates
- Interview candidates in-person and make recommendations to hiring managers
- Identify hard to fill roles and take proactive actions
- Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill, and source of hire
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
- Strong negotiation skills when discussing terms and conditions of employment
- In-depth knowledge of hiring strategies and employment equity
- Representing the organization at recruitment events
- Doing background checks and calling references
- Explaining the benefits, company policies and parameters of the job to applicants
- Assist with new employee orientation and facilitate procedures after hiring regarding employee onboarding
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2-4 years’ experience in talent acquisition
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Expert knowledge of recruitment practices, assessments, and evaluation
- Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality or accuracy
- Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
- Proven analytical and decision-making skills
- Fluency in English is a must for this position
- Ability to work from 3:00pm to 11:00pm office based in Maadi
