Job Description
- Ability and understanding of complex enterprise information technology systems composed of hardware, software, and infrastructure components
- Dealing with Network Items (Routers, Switches, NAS)
- Manage deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of all infrastructure pieces: Network switches, servers, operating systems, and applications
- Checking and troubleshooting errors appears on the server’s event viewer after reporting them
- Develop processes and recommended practice associated with IT service management
- Develop and implement strategies for maintaining server infrastructure
- Draft and present reports on network performance to the management
- Maintain and update records in the Incident Management system to ensure closed loop issue resolution & Implement Load balancing (JBOSS or F5)
Job Requirements
- Strong working knowledge of the latest Windows and Linux client and server operating systems
- Experience with VMware data center virtualization and VDI environments
- Excellent demonstrated ability and understanding of complex enterprise information technology systems composed of hardware, software, and infrastructure components.
- Excellent understanding of how to install and configure many different enterprise information technology systems.
- Good understanding of how to administer and configure IIS application server and Tomcat.
- Familiarity with Load balancing and their appropriateness for different functions, from the full-fledged backend to session.
