Job Description
We're currently looking for a dessert chef who has an experience in baking various desserts in a kitchen within a restaurant. Their main duties include following recipes to create the following items:
- Bubble Waffle
- Mochi Ice Cream
- Bubble Tea
- Japanese Pancakes
- Cakes
Responsibilities:
- Operate and manage the kitchen.
- Prepare and decorate a variety of desserts in a tasteful, presentable, and beautiful way.
- Monitor and order ingredients, supplies, and equipment.
- Ensures the kitchen adheres to health and safety regulations.
- Help to recruit new personnel and train them.
- Develop new seasonal recipes and menus to keep up with the latest trends.
Job Requirements
- The chef must have the ability to develop new and unique recipes to feature on the menu and keeping stock of the kitchen's inventory.
