Recruitment Manager (Remote – Egypt Market)
About the company
Unity Transportation— a U.S. logistics a company with 25+ years in the American market — is expanding its HR team in Egypt. We are hiring a full-time Recruitment Manager to source and manage candidates for our international projects, specifically focusing on recruiting talent from Egypt.
Job Details
- Type: Part-time, Remote
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM (Cairo time)
- Employment: Independent Contractor Agreement
- Payment: $6/hour - $528/month
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow recruitment channels and social media presence (Facebook, LinkedIn).
- Review and analyze incoming resumes from job platforms (Wuzzuf, Facebook, Telegram).
- Search for new job boards and sourcing platforms.
- Communicate with candidates via messages and phone calls.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on company requirements.
- Conduct first-stage phone interviews with candidates.
- Conduct second-stage video interviews with candidates.
- Maintain accurate internal documentation and reporting.

Job Requirements
- English level B2+ (speaking & writing) — mandatory.
- Experience in recruitment on the Egyptian market — required.
- Excellent communication skills: polite, professional, and stress-resistant.
- Ability to work remotely and remain focused for extended periods.
- Consent to use a time tracker.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to manage high information volumes.
- Confidence using PC, Google Workspace, and social media for sourcing candidates.
- Modern laptop/PC, stable internet connection, and headset
