We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Specialist to support our sales team in achieving business growth and revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in travel and tourism sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a passion for delivering client-centric solutions. This role supports the Sales Manager in identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and driving overall sales performance.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Sales Manager in developing and executing sales strategies to meet organizational goals.
  • Manage and grow existing client accounts while actively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Prepare customized travel proposals and quotations for corporate, leisure, and group clients.
  • Support the team in responding to RFPs and tenders for travel management services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, travel partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on leads, client inquiries, and proposals.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and client meetings.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts.
  • Track sales performance, generate reports, and contribute to forecasting and planning.

 

Job Requirements

 

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of proven sales experience , preferably in the travel and tourism industry.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate and leisure travel products, services, and trends.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proficiency in English
  • Flexibility to travel for client visits, events, and business meetings.
