Job Description
- Oversee full life-cycle of proposal development, including planning, scheduling and managing competitive proposals, with end-to-end ownership and command of proposal development and related support processes
- Managing Construction Schedules and budgets & making sure that all projects meet agreed technical standards.
- Analyze & evaluate tender packages and commercial bids to help bringing new business
- Discuss, draft & review and negotiate the terms of business in addition to supporting and assisting contract team in preparing and submitting tenders and RFQs and supervise the tenders and contract processes.
- Coordinate the preparation and submission of Request for Quotations (RFQs) and other tender documents that are responsive to the third party requirements and in compliance with company objectives are completed in a timely manner.
- Liaising with technical and financial staff, sub-contractors, legal teams and the third party own representatives
- Conduct Meetings with the third party to find out their requirements in addition to agreeing budgets & timescales with them.
- Oversee invoicing at the end of the project.
Job Requirements
- BSc of Civil/ Architecture Engineering
- 12 - 15 years of experience in the same field
- Construction background is a must
- Excellent command of both communication and presentation skills
