Job Description

Job Summary:

The HR supervisor is responsible for supervising all the HR functions (Recruitment, Payroll, Personnel, and OD) 

Responsible for reviews, operations, documentation, employee evaluations, personnel files, social insurance, labor office, Recruitment, and related matters. 

Job Description

  • Handle the full recruitment cycle by preparing, posting ads, HR interviewing & evaluating selected candidates, background checks, and managing the hiring process.
  • Coordinate all the onboarding and offboarding process for the new hires and resigned employees.
  • Maintain and update the HR Information System to ensure that all employees’ information is up to date and effectively always managed.
  • Update and maintain the employees’ files in compliance with Egyptian labor law.
  • Develops implements and maintains HR processes regarding compensation, benefits, deductions, payroll, personnel, and administration.
  • Prepares employees’ offers & agreements & contracts and all forms regarding.
  • Provides a thorough analysis of headcount, monthly payroll, social insurance, and any other required strategic analysis.
  • Follow-up plans for performance management, Propose new promotion plans, ideas, and initiatives.
  • Analyze the data, communicate results, and take actions based on them
  • Meet the HR department’s objectives and KPIs.
  • Evaluates the effectiveness of the organization’s training programs and recommend areas of improvement.
  • Through collaboration with management, identifies anticipated training needs based on human resource initiatives, legal and regulatory changes, career development needs, and other factors.
  • Organizes and conducts orientation sessions and coordinates on-the-job training for new and transferred employees.
  • Analyzing business structures, procedures, and processes, updating job descriptions, and the utilization of resources.
  • Measuring the impact of interventions on staff performance, efficiency, employee retention, and job satisfaction.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Thorough understanding of labor and employment laws.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • 5 to 7 years of related experience required.
  • Gender: Any
  • Preferred retail experience
  • Detailed oriented.
  • Preferred nearby Heliopolis or New Cairo
