Job Description
- In this position, you will estimate costs of construction projects, working with contractors, builders, and architects to provide the most cost effective plans that meet high quality standards
- Verification and making independent valuations of all projects’ related payments and invoices received from subcontractors.
- Check & review contracts’ Variation Orders (VOs) and ensure all variations are justified and approved.
- Review Purchase Orders to ensure conformity with budgeted quantities.
- Review progress invoices prior to submission to client.
- Create detailed breakdown of BOQ pay items
Job Requirements
- Good command of the English Language.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent Auto-CAD.
- Good Knowledge in Quantity Surveying & Shop Drawings.
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture Engineering is a must.
