Job Description
- Carry out market research in order to keep up to date with customer trends, as well as trying to predict future trends.
- Research and analyze consumer behavior, market trends and competitor activity.
- Building brand awareness and increasing brand value and profitability.
- Design and develop strategies and manage marketing campaigns across print, broadcast and online platforms to ensure that products and services meet customers’ expectations and to build the credibility of brands.
- Design and develop demand generation strategy and ensure execution by the digital marketing team.
- Design and develop brand strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for short as well as long term.
- Analyze the success of marketing campaigns and creating reports.
- Analyze brand positioning and competitors and consumer insights.
- Shape and communicate company’s vision and mission
- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs.
- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities.
- Oversee new and ongoing online and offline marketing and advertising activities.
- Organizing events such as launches, exhibitions and photo shoots.
- Manage brand strategies and plans execution and budgets planning and consumption.
- Supervise advertising, product design and other forms of marketing to maintain consistency in branding.
- Plan and execute marketing initiatives including campaigns, events, sponsorships and corporate social responsibility programs.
- Plan and execute all communications and media actions on all channels, including online and social media.
- Search and develop the external parties and agencies relationships and database.
- Oversee the production of advertisements, promotional materials and mail or SMS campaigns.
- Conduct analysis of sales forecasts and relevant financials and reporting on sales.
- Prepare and provide all kinds of reports needed to the management and other departments
Job Requirements
- Education: business administration bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Real Estate experience is a must
- Related field experience: 6+ years experience.
- Related position experience: 2 years experience.
- A marketing diploma is preferable
- MS office – excellent.
- Social media tools – excellent.
- Awareness of SEO tools.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) – preferable.
