Job Description

  • Carry out market research in order to keep up to date with customer trends, as well as trying to predict future trends.
  • Research and analyze consumer behavior, market trends and competitor activity.
  • Building brand awareness and increasing brand value and profitability.
  • Design and develop strategies and manage marketing campaigns across print, broadcast and online platforms to ensure that products and services meet customers’ expectations and to build the credibility of brands.
  • Design and develop demand generation strategy and ensure execution by the digital marketing team.
  • Design and develop brand strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for short as well as long term.
  • Analyze the success of marketing campaigns and creating reports.
  • Analyze brand positioning and competitors and consumer insights.
  • Shape and communicate company’s vision and mission
  • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs.
  • Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities.
  • Oversee new and ongoing online and offline marketing and advertising activities.
  • Organizing events such as launches, exhibitions and photo shoots.
  • Manage brand strategies and plans execution and budgets planning and consumption.
  • Supervise advertising, product design and other forms of marketing to maintain consistency in branding.
  • Plan and execute marketing initiatives including campaigns, events, sponsorships and corporate social responsibility programs.
  • Plan and execute all communications and media actions on all channels, including online and social media.
  • Search and develop the external parties and agencies relationships and database.
  • Oversee the production of advertisements, promotional materials and mail or SMS campaigns.
  • Conduct analysis of sales forecasts and relevant financials and reporting on sales.
  • Prepare and provide all kinds of reports needed to the management and other departments

Job Requirements

  • Education: business administration bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Real Estate experience is a must
  • Related field experience: 6+ years experience.
  • Related position experience: 2 years experience.
  • A marketing diploma is preferable
  • MS office – excellent.
  • Social media tools – excellent.
  • Awareness of SEO tools.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) – preferable.
