Job Description

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Oversee the creation, curation, and scheduling of engaging content for digital channels including social media, email, and the company website.
  • Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, providing actionable insights and regular reports to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, design, and product development to ensure marketing alignment with business objectives.
  • Monitor digital marketing trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to keep strategies innovative and effective.
  • Manage the company’s online reputation, responding to customer inquiries and reviews across digital platforms.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for specialized marketing initiatives and campaigns.
  • Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.
  • Support event marketing and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-6 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within the real estate or property development sector.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including social media, search engines, email, and display advertising.
  • Experience managing paid advertising campaigns and optimizing for ROI.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and similar platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
