Job Description
- Develop, implement, and optimize comprehensive performance marketing strategies across digital channels to drive customer acquisition and brand growth.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of marketing professionals to achieve campaign objectives and maximize ROI.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and analysis of paid media campaigns, including search, social, display, and programmatic advertising.

Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across multiple digital platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Experience leading and developing marketing teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and similar platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and deliver campaigns within allocated resources.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
