Job Description

  • Develop, implement, and optimize comprehensive performance marketing strategies across digital channels to drive customer acquisition and brand growth.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of marketing professionals to achieve campaign objectives and maximize ROI.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and analysis of paid media campaigns, including search, social, display, and programmatic advertising.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, providing actionable insights to inform ongoing strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and creative, to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
  • Manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost-effective campaign execution.
  • Identify and evaluate new digital marketing opportunities, tools, and platforms to enhance campaign performance.
  • Ensure all campaigns comply with industry regulations and company standards, particularly within the pharmaceutical and health supplement sectors.
  • Drive continuous improvement through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in performance marketing.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across multiple digital platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Experience leading and developing marketing teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and similar platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and deliver campaigns within allocated resources.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical or health supplement industry is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in an office-based, collaborative work environment.
