Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled MEP BIM Coordinator with strong expertise in Mechanical and Electrical disciplines to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating, managing, and delivering high-quality BIM models in full compliance with project requirements, BIM Execution Plans (BEP), and ISO 19650 standards.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate model coordination, effective clash resolution, and smooth collaboration between all project stakeholders throughout design, construction, and handover phases.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage BIM models for Mechanical and Electrical systems.
Ensure full compliance with ISO 19650, BEP, and project-specific BIM standards.
Manage model federation, clash detection processes, and issue tracking until resolution.
Coordinate BIM activities between MEP disciplines and Architectural and Structural teams.
Review and validate BIM models, families, parameters, and shared coordinates.
Prepare, maintain, and update BIM documentation, reports, and model deliverables.
Support project teams during design development, construction, and handover stages.
Monitor BIM workflows to ensure accuracy, consistency, and data integrity.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
Proven experience as an MEP BIM Coordinator on construction or engineering projects.
Strong hands-on experience with Revit MEP, Navisworks, and BIM coordination workflows.
Solid understanding of ISO 19650 information management principles.
Experience in preparing and managing BEP, MIDP, and TIDP is an added advantage.
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
