Job Description
- Lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of organizational development strategies to support the university’s mission and objectives.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to assess organizational needs and recommend solutions for performance improvement and talent development.
- Develop and oversee change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions and effective communication across departments.
- Facilitate training programs, workshops, and seminars to enhance employee skills, engagement, and leadership capabilities.
- Analyze organizational structures, workflows, and processes to identify areas for optimization and increased efficiency.
- Manage employee engagement surveys, analyze results, and develop action plans to address key findings.
- Support succession planning and career development initiatives to build a strong leadership pipeline.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of OD programs, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with university policies, labor laws, and best practices in organizational development.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the university community.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in organizational development, human resources, or a related field.
- Proven track record in designing and implementing OD strategies within large organizations, preferably in the education sector.
- Strong understanding of change management principles and best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights.
- Experience in conducting training sessions and workshops for diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with HR systems, performance management tools, and employee engagement platforms.
- Ability to work effectively in an office-based environment.
