Job Description
Record daily journal entries and ensure accurate posting to the general ledger
Prepare and process invoices, payments, and receipts
Assist in monthly and yearly closing procedures
Reconcile bank statements and other accounts
Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions
Assist with audits and support external auditors when needed
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations
Adhere to accounting standards and company policies
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar accounting role
Solid understanding of accounting principles (GAAP or local standards)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good communication and teamwork abilities
