International company is hiring
A company for pharmaceutical packaging materials is now hiring Quality Assurance specialist (QA).
Job responsibilities:
1- Establish quality management system in accordance to global guidelines.
2- Establish specifications for the starting materials, intermediate products and finished products with the relevant methods of analysis and measurement.
3- Create SOPs for the whole product work flow.
4- Monitor starting materials, intermediate products and finished products through IPC testing and release.
5- Conduct internal audits for gap analysis of the system and continuous improvement of the value stream.
6- Establish a system for quality agreements with third parties as suppliers or customers.
7- Handling all quality deviations, change controls, customer complaints and assign the proper CAPA plans in coordination with other departments.
8- Handle the third party audits from customers, suppliers or other parties and assign the proper CAPA plans for the observations.
Job Requirements
1- Bachelor degree of engineering or science.
2- Experience of 1 to 3 years in any industrial field in operations (similar industry is preferred).
3- Good command of English and Arabic languages written and spoken.
4- Good knowledge of QMS standards according to global guidelines especially ISO 9001:2015.
5- Good knowledge of the HSE standards in operational facility.
6- Good command of Microsoft office tools (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
7- Good presentation, communication and negotiation skills.
