Job Description
- Continuous internal communication with teams
- Coordinating and communicating shipment delivery requirements with freight forwarders
- Primary contact for global affiliates in reference to the logistics process
- Responsible for timely, accurate and complete record keeping
- Support standardization of transportation processes across the region
- Working cross-functionally with sourcing, operations, supply chain and finance to identify improvement opportunities and implement successful changes
- Reviewing purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy.
- Making special shipping arrangements as necessary.
- Revising bills and invoices.
- Tracking and fixing shipping errors.
- Address any problems or complaints that may arise quickly and amicably.
- Comply with all regulations, laws, and policies.
Job Requirements
- Background in importing
- Chinese graduates is a plus
- Minimum proven experience 3 years in logistics in manufacturing
- Fluent in English
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes
- Attention to detail and High coordination skills
- Excellent computer skills, particularly with MS Office
