Job Description

  • Developing strategic marketing plans and campaigns to help achieve business results 
  • Ensuring that plans and messaging are aligned with business strategy. 
  • Create strong and consistent corporate identity to ensure that Daoud group is recognized and differentiated in the market space and among its internal stakeholders (including all the employees, investors, and partners of the company) and external stakeholders (including the customers, consumers, media, etc.)  
  • Ensures all visual assets elevates market presence and build reputation including: 
  • Designs
  • Logo & slogans
  • Colour scheme
  • Building and interior Design
  • Business cards
  • Presentation templates
  • Giveaways
  • Corporate Communication (internally & externally) …. etc
  • Acting as a brand champion both internally and externally ensuring full compliance with the brand guidelines by communicating across the organization and targeted markets through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels such as: 
  • Website management.
  • Social media management.
  • Digital Marketing Management
  • Google campaigns
  • Copy writing and content management.
  • PR and corporate communication
  • Customer relationship management
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, clients and competitor behaviors (advantages, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats) in order to generate new business lead and create a competitive advantage 
  • Coordinating and communicating approved marketing strategies with the sales, finance, and production departments
  • Support the business managers by sharing knowledge and experience in selling techniques
  • Submit periodical reports to the Top management.to asses performance of marketing campaigns against goals, as well as to concerned Business sectors managers to explore new Business Opportunities and Potentials Customers. 
  • Establish and maintain a comprehensive database for key customers satisfaction and complaints records
  • Visit the potential customers to present company profile, products and Services 
  • Establish Continuous communication plans with existed customers to ensure continued renewal of the contract with them and improving the existed customer share with the group
  • Attend local and overseas exhibitions
  • Follow up and fully support the qualification process for all new accounts till being stable and be transferred to related district.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably  business administration, marketing major 
  • MBA or equivalent post-graduate in marketing from a business/aviation school
  • 10-15 years relevant experience in Marketing B2B field including at least 5 years in positions of progressively increasing managerial responsibilities
