- Contact new and existing customers to meet and exceed sales objectives.
- Provide a daily recap of results and accomplishments to the management team.
- Assisting customers with complaints or inquiries related to products.
- Tracking volumes, numbers, and margins by reviewing Sales reports.
- Achieving weekly, quarterly, monthly, and annual volume and margin sales targets.
- Keeping up-to-date on current market changes and trends
- Resolving issues or complaints in a timely manner.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience as a Sales Representative
- Perfect command of English (Speaking & Writing)
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and email
- Highly motivated and the target is driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills
- Time management and organizational skills
- Doesn’t mind traveling
