Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
3 to 5 years of proven experience as a Civil Site Engineer in construction or infrastructure projects.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical documents.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for team coordination.
Familiarity with site safety protocols and quality control standards.
Proficient in using construction management software and MS Office Suite.
Willingness to work on-site and adapt to changing project requirements.
