Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI-driven solutions that support organizational development and business transformation initiatives.
Mentor and guide junior developers, data scientists, and team members on AI methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Conduct advanced research in natural language processing (NLP)/generative AI, introducing innovative techniques to enhance efficiency and performance.
Architect and implement machine learning algorithms, deep learning models, and advanced AI frameworks to solve complex business challenges.
Collect, preprocess, and analyze large, complex datasets; ensure data quality and integrity for AI/ML projects.
Optimize and fine-tune models for scalability, accuracy, and real-world performance in production environments.
Integrate AI/ML models into existing enterprise systems and workflows, ensuring robust performance and security.
Stay at the forefront of AI advancements and proactively introduce new methodologies and technologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (engineering, product, and business teams) to align AI initiatives with organizational strategy.
Represent the AI function in workshops, training sessions, and executive briefings.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, data science, or a related field.
5+ years of hands-on experience in artificial intelligence, machine learning, or data science, including designing, training, and deploying models.
Strong Background in Data Science
Basic background Data Engineering.
Strong awareness and knowledge in finetune Techniques.
Proven track record in leading AI/ML projects from research to production.
Good background in computer vision.
Strong expertise in deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and libraries like:- (Ollama, transformers, etc.).
Solid background in natural language processing (NLP), including practical experience in prompt engineering and LLMs.
Demonstrated ability to handle large-scale data processing using modern tools.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and presentation abilities, with experience in engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous learning and applying cutting-edge AI research in practical scenarios.
Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and develop junior team members.
