Job Description
- Develop and implement the export plan in line with the company’s overall objectives.
- Analyze international markets and identify suitable export opportunities for each product.
- Open new markets and negotiate with international agents and distributors.
- Manage relationships with international clients and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with other departments (Production, Quality, Logistics) to ensure products are ready for export.
- Follow up on customs procedures and the documentation required for each market, ensuring compliance with international standards.
- Prepare and monitor contracts and distribution agreements with international partners.
- Analyze export performance periodically and suggest improvements.
- Monitor competitors in international markets and provide regular reports.
- Participate in international trade fairs and build a strong network in targeted markets.
Job Requirements
Qualifications and Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in export, preferably in the food sector.
- Experience in exporting food products (snacks/confectionery is a big plus).
- Good knowledge of international export and import regulations.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to travel abroad to represent the company in target markets.
