Job Description

CRM Tasks:

  • Follow up on the Company’s system (CRM) and ensure all data is entered and accurately presented on the Company’s website.
  • Develop and follow up on workflow and sales operations cycle.
  • Manages and updates the database as requested.

Inventory Tasks:

  • Develop inventory operational management policies and procedures.
  • Follow up on the Company’s inventory and prepare reports.
  • Compiles data about the type of building, the area from the Technical department, and price schemes approved by the top management to create the project’s database.
  • Stay up-to-date with new projects and facilities.
  • Prepares and sends calculation sheet to the Sales team with full details about the price of the unit and payment terms.
  • Sends the updated inventory to the Sales department after any sales transaction to avoid any overlapping in the selling of units.
  • Plan, organize, direct, manage and evaluate the inventory management activities.

Contracts Tasks:

  • Prepares sales documentation in case of booking, reserving, or buying units.
  • Creates sales contracts and adds them to the database sheet to update the project’s status.
  • Modifies the clients’ contracts, in coordination with the concerned department(s).
  • Keeps up-to-date accurate sales contracts including status per each contract.
  • Direct and manage corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures related to administrating all sales transactions.

General Tasks:

  • Records any amendments requested by clients to be added to the database.
  • Creating and developing sales reports regarding generated leads quality.
  • Supervise sales admin and front-line.
  • Follow up on achievement reports of the sales team with their managers.
  • Resolve customer issues, follow up on client’s requests and inspecting on the customer service at the Company.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 2-5 years of experience in operations (preferable in real estate, banking, or insurance).
  • Decision taker.
  • Strong personality.
  • Communicate effectively, maintain cooperation, and display a professional attitude with clients/customers, coworkers, and management.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Problem solver.
  • 2 years of experience in the Real estate industry is a must.
