Job Description
- Oversee and manage the full spectrum of financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for the organization.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and operational efficiency across multiple business units.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Lead the annual budgeting process and provide ongoing variance analysis to support informed decision-making.
- Monitor cash flow, manage working capital, and optimize financial resources to ensure organizational stability.
- Coordinate and supervise internal and external audits, ensuring adherence to financial policies and statutory requirements.
- Establish and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and mitigate financial risks.
- Collaborate with senior management to evaluate investment opportunities, mergers, and acquisitions.
- Manage relationships with banks, auditors, tax advisors, and other financial stakeholders.
- Mentor and develop finance team members, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Demonstrated expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting within a multi-business or multinational environment.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance standards.
- Proven ability to develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Experience in managing budgeting processes, cash flow, and working capital.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in financial management software and advanced MS Excel skills.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
