Oversee and manage the full spectrum of financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for the organization.
Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and operational efficiency across multiple business units.
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
Lead the annual budgeting process and provide ongoing variance analysis to support informed decision-making.

Establish and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and mitigate financial risks.

Manage relationships with banks, auditors, tax advisors, and other financial stakeholders.
Mentor and develop finance team members, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Demonstrated expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting within a multi-business or multinational environment.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance standards.
Proven ability to develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Experience in managing budgeting processes, cash flow, and working capital.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in financial management software and advanced MS Excel skills.
High level of integrity, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
