Job Description
- make site visits to get the actual measurements to make ( As Built Plan )
- Determine and study client’s requirements and desires through several meetings.
- Create 'mood boards' to sample the design vision.
- make the 'final furniture plan' and review it with the client.
- Translating client’s needs into 3D Design.
- Creating 3D/2D models and make a presentations to the client.
- Enhance and improve interior spaces’ functionality by modifying architectural elements and arranging furnishings.
- Producing drawings that include floor plans, Architectural modifications, and side sections necessary to implement the specific design of Finishing works.
- Design of interior spaces " Working Plans " electrical, ceiling, plumbing, lighting layouts and elevations drawings ….. and other services
- preparing B.O.Qs with the final and Actual quantities of materials and Participate in the development of the quotations, description and pricing.
- Submit the drawings to the site manager and supervisor with a full explanation of each item, from design, budget, colors, materials, timeframe, etc.
- Following up the development of work with the site manager and supervisor to ensure that the work is carried out on the right track.
- Follow up with the client, coordinate the business plan with him, and coordinate meetings to successfully reach his need and the end time of the project within the specified time frame efficiently and professionally.
- Drawing visual designs periodically to displaying them on social media, showing the company’s style and taste to compete in the design field.
- Search and follow up new trends, styles and colours in the interior design field.
Job Requirements
- BS degree in Architecture (Faculty of Engineering or Fine Arts)
- Gender : Females Only.
- Strong portfolio to prove artistic skills
- Experience of at least 5 years in the field of interior designing, architecture and furniture.
- Proficient in Auto CAD and 3D max and MS Office.
- Ability to prepare and deliver presentations for clients
- High ability of coordination with consultants and execution at sites.
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Experience in work of BOQ.
- Good leadership, communication, presentation and organization skills.
- Mastering in shop drawings and techniques of Finishing works
- Preferable from (New Cairo or nearby) residence.
