Job Description
- Booking embassy appointments / monitoring all embassies.
- prepare the client application (Appointment - Airline Tickets + Hotel Reservation + Travel Plan)
- Update Sheet of embassies appointments.
- Prepare deliveries Sheet every month for all customers (for all the upcoming months).
- Customer papers for the whole next month with the required translation.
- A report to be submitted to line manager every week showing the following:
- Number of deliveries per week and the competent employee.
- Number of deliveries in the next three weeks.
- Any papers related to the customer or not registering any customer in the sheets or any problem with a customer.
- Making e-mails for booking embassies and distribute it to the employees in case they are needed to book the embassy appointment.
- Attened the embassies Appointment (IF needed)
Job Requirements
- Experience in tourism industry or BSc in tourism is a MUST.
- Strong follow up
- Target achiever
- Excellent command in English
