Prepare comprehensive technical and commercial proposals for water and wastewater treatment projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry standards.
Analyze tender documents, specifications, and drawings to develop accurate cost estimates and solution strategies.
Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and project management teams to gather necessary technical data and optimize proposal content.
Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations and technical information for inclusion in proposals.
Develop detailed project schedules, resource plans, and risk assessments as part of proposal submissions.
Present and defend proposals to clients, addressing technical queries and clarifying scope as needed.
Ensure all proposals comply with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Maintain and update a database of standard proposal templates, pricing structures, and technical documentation.
Continuously monitor market trends and competitor offerings to enhance proposal competitiveness.
Support post-award handover to project execution teams, ensuring smooth transition and knowledge transfer.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering.
3 to 8 years of proven experience in proposal engineering, preferably within the water treatment or related industries.
Strong understanding of water and wastewater treatment processes, technologies, and equipment.
Demonstrated ability to interpret technical specifications, drawings, and tender documents.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in preparing technical and commercial documentation for proposals.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple proposals simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and relevant engineering software.
Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
