Job Description
- Deliver on the job training to diet clerks
- Maintain records and report concerning dietetic operation
- Keep dietician supervisor informed with all problems related to the section
- Recommend changes in techniques and methods of operational procedures
- Perform diet clerk duties if required or any other duties as assigned
- Comply with hospital general policies and instructions
- Comply with quality, IPC guidelines and protocols
- Comply with approved dress code and punctuality systems
- Patient daily rounds
- Recording and Documentation of dietetic operations
Job Requirements
- BCs. degree in Home Economic or Nutrition required
- At Least 1 years minimum in any hospital
- Must have good moral character and right conduct, Initiative, strong personality, in good health and grooming
