Job Scope:
- This role to maintain Salesforce for the organization, including but not limited to implementation, training, troubleshooting and user set-up.
- The Salesforce specialist will work cross-departmentally for Salesforce upkeep and administration. Ensure that our corporation capitalizes on the benefits offered by the Salesforce CRM system
- In this role, the duties will include creating user accounts, maintaining our sales databases, and training staff on the effective use of Salesforce products.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree of computer technology or related fields
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience
- Deep understanding with technical capabilities of Salesforce
- CRM experience of configuration features
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM platforms.
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud (Lightning)
- General Salesforce Administrative tasks
- Design & develop Salesforce Dashboards and Reporting
- Understanding of Agile methodologies
- Extensive experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce systems.
- Experience in performing Salesforce upgrades and ensuring successful integration.
- Exceptional ability to create and maintain Salesforce databases.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities.
- Proficiency in creating Salesforce profiles, allocating roles, and managing access.
- Knowledge of importing sales data and generating Salesforce reports.
- Ability to provide Salesforce training and end-user support
