Job Description

1- Handle all local purchasing needed 
2- Monitor and expediting supplying the material on time
3- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels to ensure optimal stock based on consumption
4- Assist in conducting regular physical inventory count
5- Help reconcile discrepancies between physical counts and System records to maintain data integrity
6- Help manage aspects of the import & Export process.

  • Taking responsibility for local and overseas purchases.
  • Coordinating with shipping agents for customs clearance processes.
  • Working closely with the  sales team to  ensure the  completeness  of sales transactions.
  • Monitoring goods received and goods issued.
  • Issuing purchasing orders.
  • Handling other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

 

Job Requirements

  • English is a must
  • owns a car
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and with business application software, purchasing and resource planning systems
  • Well Known with ERP system
  • Local purchasing Proven experience 
  • Knowledge about international trade
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management
