Job Description
- Oversee Production Processes: Manage the end-to-end production process for printed and digital publishing materials, ensuring quality standards are met from design through to printing or digital release.
- Coordinate with Creative Teams: Collaborate with designers, writers, and editors to ensure that the artistic vision is maintained during production and that technical requirements are understood.
- Quality Control: Ensure the quality of printed and digital materials, identifying and solving issues related to color accuracy, layout precision, and material quality.
- Optimize Production Efficiency: Streamline production workflows, manage resources, and minimize production costs while adhering to strict timelines.
- Technology and Equipment Management: Operate and maintain specialized equipment for publishing production, from printing presses to digital layout tools, ensuring optimal performance.
Job Requirements
