Job Description
Your Day as a Social Media Moderator / Lead Generation Specialist at EPPS Might Include:
- Social Media Management: Overseeing and managing the company's social media pages on Facebook, and LinkedIn to ensure engaging content aligned with brand standards.
- Platform Strategy Support: Assisting in executing social media strategies that align with various marketing objectives, in coordination with the Social Media Strategist.
- Content Moderation: Monitoring comments and interactions on social media platforms, ensuring community guidelines are followed and addressing inquiries or issues promptly.
- Campaign Interaction: Engaging with and responding to comments and messages related to digital campaigns to foster a positive community experience.
- Campaign Development: Designing and executing social media campaigns to enhance brand visibility, drive engagement, and generate leads.
- Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, comments, and concerns in a timely, professional manner.
- Lead Generation Activities: Implementing outbound marketing strategies, including cold calling and emailing potential clients to provide information about services and gather leads.
- Inbound Communication Handling: Managing inbound inquiries from online marketing activities, ensuring timely responses and effective communication with potential clients.
- Proactive Outreach: Conducting outbound marketing initiatives, including cold calling and emailing, to engage potential clients and introduce them to services that may benefit their needs.
- Collaboration with Digital Marketing Agencies: Working closely with digital marketing agencies to execute campaigns, providing feedback on social interactions, and ensuring seamless campaign management.
Job Requirements
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Age Requirement: Candidates should be between 25 - 30 years old.
- Experience with Social Media Agencies: Prior experience working with digital marketing agencies is a must.
- Being an excellent user of at least one social media platform is a must [ Facebook, Youtube, google Business profile ]
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in both Arabic and English for clear, effective communication.
- Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage schedules and communications efficiently.
