Job Description
· Monitor card operations daily procedures, record and report any failures in card systems for relevant parties to ensure smooth systems’ operations.
· Observe Cards operations systems backups to ensure the safety of customer & bank data.
· Handle all of the Disaster Recovery (DR) activities for Card operations systems to safeguard card systems’ operational continuity.
· Detect & report bottlenecks on card systems to provide the needed technical support and recommend solutions.
· Monitor the handling of user tickets to resolve customer & system issues in a smooth & satisfactory manner.
· Follow up on handling of all related card systems’ interfaces maintenance to provide full system functionality to internal & external customers
· Maintain records of daily data communication transactions, problems remedial actions taken, or installation activities for Cards operations systems to support audit requests and/or future reviews.
· Follow up on opening operational error records with relevant application support/vendor tracking systems to ensure uninterrupted operations for bank systems
· Assist in measuring card service availability and recommend improvements to provide the best service to internal & external customers
· Participate in conducting incident reviews for card systems to provide lessons learned & avoid future reoccurrence & enhance existing systems' availability & resilience.
