Job Description
- Handling CRM system in terms of visit plan, visits priority, detail aids, Sampling plan & communication with CRM support team and Expert area team.
- Rolling out refreshment training for CRM system on periodical basis and proper induction training to new joiners
- Enhance team productivity and effectiveness through Generating weekly & monthly reports /MRs with detailed analysis to assess team performance in terms of coverage, reach, Sampling.
- Create the expert dashboard tool and handling on monthly basis to identify opportunities and gaps
- Ensure performance monitoring & governance in place for all related expert team field activities reported on the system
- Ensure team understanding & application of knowledge to the CRM systems in terms of following monthly visit plan, and the way we reflect to Sales Incentive Performance ( SIP ) & performance KPIs calculations.
- Rolling out Dashboard on weekly basis and sharing it with MEA team
Job Requirements
- Having Excel and Power BI Skills is a must
- 1 to 2 years' experience in data analysis is preferred
- Fluently speaking English
- Fairly speaking French will be an advantage
- Strong Presentation and Communication Skills
